Processing Time

 

    •    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

      •     Embroidery requests will take an additional 4-5 days for shipment.

    •    You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

 

    •    Domestic Shipping (within India): Prices will be included in the product cost

    

    •    International Shipping:

    •    We ship to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, BlueDart , Professional couriers ,DTDC to ensure prompt delivery of your orders.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can track your shipment in real-time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

    •    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 7 business days of the delivery date, and we will assist in resolving the issue, including replacing or refunding the item.

WearO2 Returns & Exchange Policy

 

At WearO2, we are committed to providing high-quality hospital uniforms. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and replacements.

 

Exchanges for Different Sizes

 

    •    We allow size exchanges for items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

    •    To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wearo2scrubs@gmail.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange.

    •    Customers are responsible for shipping of the item for an exchange to our address.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

    •    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting wearo2scrubs@gmail.com .Kindly include photos of the damaged product and your order details.

    •    Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.

 

No Refunds

 

    •    We do not offer refunds for any products. Exchanges for different sizes or replacements for damaged/defective products are the only options available.

 

Non-Eligible Items

 

    •    Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchanges or replacements.

    •    Custom or personalized items (Embroidered) cannot be exchanged or replaced unless defective.
